WeldEye's Quality Control is a universal software solution for verifying welding quality compliance with welding procedure specifications. By collecting welding parameter data from the workstations, the software produces valuable information and documentation about welding quality and provides 100% traceability for your welding production down to individual welds. You will also be immediately notified of any welding deviations, which enables real-time quality control and ultimately reduces overhead costs. With WeldEye, you will know for sure that your welds comply with global welding standards. Any deviations, including those that could not be caught in NDT inspections, are reported immediately.

Get real-time statistics of welding deviations. The view can be filtered based on your needs according to time, welding station, or more.

Active welding stations are shown as green, and inactive ones as grey. The outer circle measures the welding station's daily welding goals.

You can view total arc-on time within a selected time frame, and group it based on welding stations or personnel.

Daily view gathers the data on arc-on time, welding deviations, and reason codes used to report non-welding activities.

Review the welding runs against digitally collected, detailed welding parameter data and heat input calculations.

Manage your weld lists and create identifiers, such as bar codes or QR codes for weld traceability.

Accurate and risk-free

When connected to welding equipment, WeldEye collects data on the used welding parameters (voltage, current, and wire feed speed) and utilizes the information to calculate heat input and average welding speed.

When all the necessary data is digitally collected by the software, you reduce the risk of miscalculations and no longer need an extra person to observe the welding parameters or report the heat input manually.

Monitor the quality of robotic welding

WeldEye provides an effortless way for monitoring welding quality, now also with robotic welding. The collected data from the welding robot is synchronized with WeldEye's weld lists and presented with clear visualizations to review the compliance of welding quality with international welding standards.

Full traceability guarantees that you will always know what has been welded, where and when it happened, and which welding parameters were used.

Wireless data transfer

By using the WeldEye mobile application, welders are able to browse their company's WPS library, receive digital work orders, report work progress, and get feedback on their welds – including heat input values.

Together with WeldEye's Digital Connectivity Module (DCM), the WeldEye app serves as a convenient and cost-efficient tool that enables digital workflow management and welding quality control. WeldEye mobile app

A mobile user interface for WeldEye. The application can be downloaded to any mobile device with Android 7.0 or newer from Google Play. The use of the app requires synchronization with an active WeldEye account and connection with Digital Connectivity Module.

Digital connectivity module

An accessory device that enables the connection between the welding equipment and the WeldEye mobile application. Collects welding data and transfers it wirelessly to the app. Compatible with Kemppi's FastMig, new MasterTig and new Master product families, and with any other welding equipment model or brand by using the WeldEye adapters.

Optional adapters

The WeldEye adapters are accessory devices that enable universal connectivity with WeldEye's Digital Connectivity Module. The adapters measure current and voltage when connected to any brand's welding equipment.

Euro Adapter-cv

For MIG/MAG welding equipment with euro adapter.

Universal Adapter-cv

For MIG/MAG, TIG or MMA welding equipment.
